Marco Verratti picks his dream five-a-side team

Marco Verratti has revealed his dream five-a-side team to Goal – an ultra-attacking line-up which featuresLionel Messi and three of his current Paris Saint-Germain team-mates.

Lining up without a goalkeeper and with just one defender included, Verratti says they would not worry about conceding as they could outscore any opponents.

"My dream five-a-side team will be: me, Messi, Ibrahimovic, Maxwell and Thiago Motta,” he told Goal.

With Messi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the team supported by himself and fellow PSG stars Thiago Motta and Maxwell, the Italy international has put together a solid outfit.

Combining Messi and Ibrahimovic did not work well at Barcelona, but the 22-year-old is certain they will be a hit together in a five-a-side team.

Despite the lack of a goalkeeper, Verratti is confident his team would demolish their rivals with such a fluid midfield and fierce attack.

"We will play without a goalkeeper," he added. "We are a great team, therefore we will only attack."
